Unipretec provides standard and custom hot-pressed boron nitride plate products. The hexagonal boron nitride plates are manufactured at high temperatures and pressures. In addition to pure 99% BN plates, we also offer BN composite materials that contain zirconia, alumina, and aluminium nitride to satisfy a range of customer needs. The largest size of boron nitride blanks is 485 x 485 x 190 mm, and they can be sliced into sheets and plates for customers to process further. Our boron nitride plates can be used in numerous extreme high-temperature applications that call for low thermal expansion, improved thermal shock resistance, and chemical inertness.
