Universal 70S-3 is designed for welding mild steels with CO2 shielding gas. This alloy is intended for welding single pass and multi pass welds. Chemistries are often the same as ER70S-2. Used extensively in GMAW applications. Excellent for use in standard MIG, semi automatic, and automatic applications.
