Alloy 132 is used for arc welding Inconel type alloy 600 and 601 and stainless alloy 330. Deposited weld metal has excellent high temperature strength and oxidation resistance. The dissimilar welding applications include joining Inconel and Incoloy type alloys to carbon steel, stainless steel, nickel and Monel type alloys; and joining carbon steels to Monel and stainless steels to carbon steel and nickel. Electrode sizes 3/32 and 1/8 dia. can be used in all positions, while the larger 5/32 and 3/16 dia. are used in the flat and horizontal positions. POWER SUPPLY DCRP.
