The SM72482MA-4 is a dual compound gate driver designed to independently drive two N-channel MOSFETs in synchronous rectifier, switch-mode power supply, and motor driver applications. It is available in an SOIC-8 package and features a non-inverting output for the B channel and an inverting output for the A channel, with UVLO configured to drive a P-FET through OUT_A and an N-FET through OUT_B. Each output stage provides a peak sink current of 5A and a peak source current of 3A, with a typical propagation delay of 25 ns. The device operates from a supply voltage range of 3.5 V to 14 V and includes TTL-compatible logic inputs with a 400 mV input hysteresis. The package is thermally enhanced, and the part is rated for an operating junction temperature up to 125°C. It meets the Renewable Energy Grade standard.
