The LM5109B is a high-voltage half-bridge gate driver designed to control both high-side and low-side N-channel MOSFETs in synchronous buck or half-bridge configurations. It delivers 1-A peak sink and source current with propagation times of 30 ns typical and propagation delay matching of 2 ns typical. The device operates with a bootstrap supply voltage up to 108 V and supports TTL and CMOS-compatible inputs. Available in an 8-pin SOIC package measuring 4.90 mm × 3.91 mm, it includes undervoltage lockout on both power rails and is rated for operation from -40°C to 125°C. The LM5109BMA/NOPB variant is RoHS-compliant and green, with lead-free finish.
