Texas Instruments LM5107MAX/NOPB

The LM5107 is a half-bridge gate driver designed to control high-side and low-side N-channel MOSFETs in synchronous buck or half-bridge configurations, with a maximum rail voltage of 100V and peak output current of 1.4A sink and 1.3A source. It is available in an SOIC-8 package and includes an integrated bootstrap diode, TTL-compatible inputs, and under-voltage lockout on both power rails. Propagation delay is typically 27ns with 2ns matching, and rise and fall times are 15ns for a 1000pF load. The part features low power consumption and is pin-compatible with the ISL6700. The LM5107MAX variant, which includes the /NOPB suffix for RoHS compliance, is supplied in SOIC-8 packaging and shipped in tape and reel.
