The LM25101CMA/NOPB is a half-bridge gate driver designed to drive high-side and low-side N-channel MOSFETs in synchronous buck or half-bridge configurations. It features a 1-A peak output current, TTL input thresholds, independent high and low-side control inputs, and an integrated bootstrap diode supporting up to 100-V bootstrap supply voltage. The device operates with a 9-V to 14-V supply voltage and includes undervoltage lockout on both power rails. Packaged in an 8-pin SOIC with an overall body size of 3.91 mm × 4.9 mm, it is rated for operation from -40°C to 125°C and meets RoHS standards. It is pin-compatible with HIP2100 and HIP2101.
