The LM25101B is a 2-A half-bridge gate driver designed to control high-side and low-side N-channel MOSFETs in synchronous buck or half-bridge configurations. It features independent TTL logic inputs, a bootstrap supply voltage up to 100 V, and propagation delays of 56 ns typical with 3 ns delay matching. The device is housed in an 8-pin SOIC package measuring 3.91 mm × 4.9 mm and includes undervoltage lockout on both power rails. It supports junction temperatures from -40°C to 125°C and is qualified for automotive applications under AEC-Q200. The package includes an exposed thermal pad for improved heat dissipation, and the part meets RoHS and lead-free requirements.
