The CC1070RSQ is a single-chip UHF RF transmitter designed for low-power and low-voltage wireless applications, operating within the ISM and SRD frequency bands from 402 to 470 MHz and 804 to 940 MHz. It supports multiple modulation formats including OOK, FSK, and GFSK, with a maximum data rate of 153.6 kBaud. The device is particularly suitable for narrowband systems with channel spacings of 12.5 or 25 kHz, complying with relevant standards such as EN 300 220 and FCC CFR47 part 15. The CC1070RSQ operates on a supply voltage range of 2.3 to 3.6 V and requires very few external components, making it a compact solution in a QFN 20 package. Its programmable output power and frequency capabilities allow for flexibility in various applications, including tire pressure monitoring systems, wireless alarm systems, and home automation.
