The iBF series is a 12 A non-isolated SMT point-of-load DC-DC converter with a DOSA-compatible footprint, available in LGA or EPC format for flexible PCB layout. It operates from a 4.5 V to 14 V input, provides an adjustable output voltage from 0.70 V to 5.5 V, and achieves efficiency up to 94.5% at 1.2 V to 5 V output. The converter features a 600 kHz switching frequency, ±3% output voltage tolerance, 30 mVpp output ripple, remote on/off, remote sense, and power good signal. It includes hiccup-type overcurrent protection and operates from -40°C to 115°C. The device is housed in a 20.32 mm × 11.43 mm × 8.5 mm package, weighs 5.5 g, and complies with IEC/UL/CSA/EN62368-1
