The 500A series is a high voltage capacitor charging power supply designed for OEM applications, providing 500W continuous DC output power at selectable output voltages up to 40kV. The 5kV variant features an air-insulated output with an RG58/U coaxial cable and MHV connector, a compact air-cooled enclosure measuring 146mm W x 141mm H x 361mm D, and weighs 8 lbs (3.6 kg) without Active PFC. It supports 110VAC or 230VAC input, has a pulse-to-pulse repeatability of ±0.2% up to 300Hz, operates from -20°C to +45°C, and is certified to UL60601-1. Remote control is via a 15-pin D-sub connector with analog programming, enable, and fault signals. All models include protection against arcs, overloads, overvoltage, and overtemperature.
