The 500A series is a high-voltage capacitor charging power supply designed for OEM applications, offering continuous DC output power of 500 W and peak charging power of 550 J/sec. It provides selectable output voltages from 1 kV to 40 kV, with the 1 kV model featuring air-insulated output via RG58/U coaxial cable and MHV connector. The unit supports fixed negative polarity, selectable 110 or 230 VAC input, and includes a 15-pin D-sub remote control interface. It is air-cooled, weighs 8 lbs (3.6 kg) without Active PFC, and measures 146 mm wide, 141 mm high, and 361 mm deep. The unit is certified to UL60601-1 and features protections against overloads, arcs, and overtemperature. All models retain stored energy under 0.3 J.
