SpanTech’s variety of innovative product handling solutions includes our versatile MiniLink® product line, which uses a single plastic chain link. The link, which is 30mm or 60mm wide, runs on a welded stainless steel I-Beam.
As with all SpanTech conveyor products, MiniLink® has no cumbersome catenary which must be re-fed back on track. The chain simply compresses as it leaves the drive sprocket, and is pulled back out to its normal 25mm pitch by the tension in the return chain.
Applications
The MiniLink® line is ideal for many different applications. SpanTech has designed systems for small, pre-cooked finger foods, cracker and cookie products, and moving divert rails. The compact cross-section of MiniLink® allows it to be integrated into processing and packaging equipment where no other conveyor will fit.
