The EM-10-13-410 Electric Strike from Bisco Industries is designed for use with 12 or 24 Volt DC systems. It features a microprocessor-controlled gear motor that accepts signals from various electronic actuation sources. The device has a no-load operating current of 200 mA and a peak stall current of 1 A. The latch bolt remains retracted while a control input signal of 12-24 VDC is present, with a minimum hold time of one second. The electric strike includes an output signal capability rated for a maximum load of 450 mA, which activates when the latch bolt is retracted. The output signal will flash to indicate a latch error when applicable. The product is constructed with a thermoplastic enclosure and zinc-plated steel housing assembly screws. It also allows for reorientation of the latch bolt direction using an optional rotation kit. This electric strike is suitable for applications requiring reliable electronic access control.
