These proximity sensors are applied in counting, safety, control and other applications. Smith Systems, Inc. also offers models that are designed for use in turbine flow meters. These magnetic proximity sensor units provide no-drag flow measurement for high accuracy. Smith Systems, Inc. proximity sensors can be powered with a wide range of supply voltages and are compatible with digital equipment. Two and three wire models are available. Digi-Prox speed sensors are available in a variety of housing configurations and terminations. These sensors are designed to accommodate a broad spectrum of temperatures and are resistant to oil, dirt and moisture.
