The SKY19260-11 is a single-pole, four-throw (SP4T) switch designed for antenna tuning applications that require very low RON, COFF, and high VPK. The device incorporates shunts on switch outputs to improve isolation between arms. The series switches and shunt switches can be controlled to turn on or off individually based on register settings. The switch can be used for either series or shunt tuning applications. The switch can also be used for band switching. It is an ideal choice for 5G NR sub-6 GHz SRS switching applications with excellent insertion losses. Depending on the register setting, the antenna port can be connected to one of the four switched RF outputs or to multiple predefined outputs simultaneously, while the other RF ports are in isolation state to the antenna port. The part is designed to sustain a peak voltage up to 64 V typical without going to breakdown. The switching is controlled by an integrated Mobile Industry Processor Interface (MIPI) decoder. The SKY19260-11 is provided in a compact 12-pin, 1.6 x 1.6 x 0.55 mm maximum MCM package that meets requirements for board-level assembly.
