The Si83411BBA-IF is a 1 channel device integrating safety rated isolation in a compact DFN package. The logic interface is a low-power CMOS digital input. The Si83411BBA-IF is loaded with protection features to prevent switch damage making it the most rugged and reliable switch on the market.
