Pneumatic regulators, relays, and transducers fulfill a number of applications in process control and manufacturing, including valve control, calibration stands, pneumatic control circuits, valve split ranging, bubbler level and impulse line purging. Backed by decades of service, our extensive portfolio also includes booster relays, air filters, filter-regulators and other accessories.
Precision pressure regulators control air pressures in applications where precise and dependable regulation is required, such as pneumatic instrument circuits, test stands, production checking fixtures, and industrial air gauges. Multi-stage precision regulators maintain constant output over wide changes in flow and supply pressure
Epoxy powder coat paint delivers improved corrosion resistance
Patented Nullmatic pressure regulation system provides reliable maintenance-free operation
Series 61 Booster Relays
The Series 61 Booster Relays reproduce pneumatic signals in a 1:1 ratio for applications where input isolation or increased flow capacity are required.
61H is a High-Capacity Booster Relay designed to improve the stroking speed of large diaphragm valves.
61VH is a High-Capacity Booster Relay designed for use on control valve actuators that require very fast stroking speeds
Both 61H and 61VH feature a stabilizing bypass needle valve between the input and output, which eliminates the need for an externally piped bypass.
Epoxy powder coating provides excellent corrosion resistance
Input pressure acting upon the effective area of the upper diaphragm, produces a force that is opposed by the output pressure exerted upon the effective area of the lower diaphragm. The opposing forces are in a direct 1:1 ratio.
Current-to-Pneumatic Transducers (I/P Transducers)
Model 77 Current-to-Pneumatic Transducer
The Model 77 Current-to-Pneumatic Transducer, designed specifically for measuring circuits, converts the output of an electronic measuring device to a pneumatic signal.Model 771 Current-to-Pneumatic Transducers.
The Model 771 Current-to-Pneumatic Transducers designed as a cost-effective valve service transducer. The Model 771 receives the output of an electronic signal, such as a PID control function, and drives a control valve via the transducer until the control function is satisfied.
Features and Benefits
High signal sensitivity for demanding applications
Simplified design ensures simplified operation
Rugged, NEMA construction, with insensitivity to shock, vibration, and supply pressure variations, accommodate operation in harsh industrial environments
Choice of output capacities provides application versatility
