The 1681 is an IEC C22 appliance inlet rated for 16 A at 250 VAC and 20 A at 250 VAC under UL/CSA standards, with a pin temperature rating of 155 °C and protection class I. It supports screw-on or snap-in mounting with panel thicknesses from 1 to 3 mm for snap-in and up to 12 mm for screw-on. The housing is made of black PA with UL 94V-0 flammability rating. Terminal options include solder, quick-connect, and screw terminals. It meets IEC 60320-1, UL 60320-1, and CSA C22.2 No. 60320-1 standards, and complies with IEC 60695-2-11/-12/-13 glow wire tests for unattended appliance use. IP protection is IP20 on the front side, and it has a dielectric strength of 6 kVAC between L-N and 4 kVAC between L/N-PE. Approvals include VDE, UL UR, and CCC.
