The ARG81402 is a multi-output regulator designed for automotive and industrial applications, integrating a synchronous buck pre-regulator, five LDO outputs, a configurable watchdog, and SPI communication. It operates from a 6 to 36 V input with a maximum of 40 V, and provides regulated outputs of 5.35 V, 3.3 V, and four 5 V rails with foldback current protection. The device includes power-on reset (NPOR), overvoltage/undervoltage monitoring, thermal shutdown, and ASIL D compliance when used as specified. It is housed in a 32-lead 5 mm × 5 mm QFN package with an exposed thermal pad and wettable flanks, and is AEC-Q100 qualified. The junction temperature range is -40°C to 150°C.
