The A89307KETSR-J is an automotive-grade, 3-phase sensorless brushless DC motor controller with integrated field-oriented control, designed for applications such as battery cooling and radiator fans. It operates from 5.5 to 50 V and is packaged in a 28-contact QFN with an exposed thermal pad and wettable flanks, measuring 5 mm × 5 mm × 0.90 mm. The device supports analog, PWM, and clock mode speed control, closed-loop speed regulation, and includes programmable current limiting, brake and direction inputs, and I²C interface for configuration and status readback. It is qualified to AEC-Q100 and features thermal protection, lock detection, and soft-on/soft-off operation. The package is lead-free with matte tin plating.
