The A80605KESJSR-1 is a high-power LED driver designed for automotive applications, featuring a wide input voltage range of 4.5 to 40 V, which allows it to handle conditions such as stop/start, cold crank, and load dump. This device operates in either Boost or SEPIC mode and includes a gate driver for an external N-channel MOSFET, enabling higher output power. It supports six integrated LED current sinks, each capable of driving up to 140 mA, with the ability to combine multiple sinks for a total output of up to 840 mA. The A80605KESJSR-1 offers advanced dimming capabilities, achieving a contrast ratio of 15,000:1 with PWM dimming at 200 Hz, and up to 150,000:1 when combining PWM and analog dimming.
