Laminator and granulator for Research and Development, or small production batches. Pharmaceutical Application Minimum processing capacity of 0.5kg to 20kg. Manufactured under GMP regulations, this laminator and granulator has a tubular steel structure coated in hard chrome. It contains a loading hopper, an extrusion press (it extracts the air trapped within the powder), a grip area and cylinders (to laminate, cut, and granulate). It features a compact design in the isolated compression zone. Due to the simplicity in the front assembly construction design, rolls are quickly and easily changed. The size of the granules particles can be modified upon requirement, varying the cutting and granulating roll speeds, or replacing the size of the net. The PLC controls the start and stop algorithm in sequential mode for the three motors powered by the independent frequency adjusters. Parameters controlling both the motor speeds and the compression force of the rolls can be stored as files, with a maximum capacity for 99 products. The machine works on a single-phase power line, which is supplied with a hydraulic electro-pump to adjust the compression force from the control board
