ROHM Co., Ltd. has reached a final agreement on the transfer of assets related to the tantalum capacitor business. Read news release for more detail.
The TCSOPS series use the conductive polymer at the cathode and features ultra-low ESR. New package structure results in the largest capacitance. The compact and low profile, high capacitance structure contributes to smaller and thinner sets with greater functionality. Conductive polymer has a self-healing function that prevents failure, resulting in safe, high reliability operation.
