The RF6292 is a high-speed laser profiler with increased resolution and an enhanced laser line length-to-range ratio, designed for precision 3D surface profiling. It operates with a sampling rate exceeding 4000 profiles per second in full range mode and supports X-axis resolutions of 1280 or 2560 points. The profiler achieves 0.01% linearity in the Z-axis and is available with 660 nm red, 405 nm blue, or 808 nm infrared lasers. It meets IP67 enclosure rating, operates in ambient temperatures from -40°C to +120°C with cooling, and accepts 9 to 30 V or 12 to 36 V power supply. The device includes trigger and encoder synchronization, a web interface, and industrial communication protocols. Its housing is aluminum with a glass window, it is rated for 20 g vibration and 30 g shock, and it complies with Laser Safety Class 2M per IEC/EN 60825-1:2014.
The laser scanners (profilers) are intended for non-contact measuring and checking of surface profile, dimensions, sorting and sensing of technological objects, 3D models construction. In RF627Smart the analysis, calculations, measurements, tolerance control are carried out directly inside scanner according to the algorithm created by the user. Measurement results can be transmitted via various protocols (Ethernet/IP, Modbus TCP, UDP), as well as to the logic outputs of the scanner in order to control the actuators and notify about product suitability. In addition, Smart scanners (profilers) contain built-in protocols for interaction with various industrial robots and cobots, allowing the scanners to be integrated into automation systems without the need to purchase additional equipment.
