D-IMS was built from over 20 years of dimensioning and cubing success. D-IMS is able to capture dimensional data in real time as cartons, packages, bags, or even odd-shaped items pass on a conveyor system. QMI also offers dimensioning systems in legal for trade applications for freight manifest and other LFT applications. Dimensional weight factor (DWF) data is captured in real time and merged with order ID (where required) and tracking number.
