QSB-92-01 is a 92mm EMI filter shield made of high-grade steel (spring V2a, Material No. 1.4310) with a material thickness of 0.2mm, designed to prevent filter intake into the fan and to mitigate EMI/RFI transmissions. It can be mounted on either the inside or outside of a panel housing. Dimensions are 82.5mm in length and 3.2mm in perforation pitch, with a hole size of 4.0mm. The shield features a perforated design with varying hole layouts specific to its size.

The filter guard EMI-shield sheet is required to avoid intake of the filter into the fan should there
be only one large air intake opening. It also protects against EMI/RFI transmissions if needed. The
EMI filter shield can be mounted on the inside or the outside of the panel housing.
