QualiChem, Inc. GTL-Based, Chlorine-Free Cutting Oil XTREME CUT 719S

XTREME CUT 719S is a high performance GTL-based cutting and grinding oil designed for use on implantable materials, surgical tools, and fixturing, including titanium, stainless steel, and cobalt chrome. Gas-to-Liquid (GTL) base oils are made from natural gas that is converted into an oil. GTL oils significantly enhance a finished product's cleanliness, odor profile, flash point, and oxidative stability. XTREME CUT 719S contains extreme pressure lubricity additives that extend tool life and provide excellent surface finishes without compromise to cleanliness and post-machining surface treatments. XTREME CUT 719S utilizes state-of-the-art polar lubricants that enhance performance at the point of cut while providing superior oxidation stability for long service life, minimal residues, and increased productivity. XTREME CUT 719S contains polar lubricants, inactive sulfur, and phosphorus. It does not contain chlorine or active sulfur. XTREME CUT 719S is available in pails, drums, totes, and bulk.
