Progressive Surface Closed Loop Plasma Spray System with Dual Fixture-Doors

This plasma spraying cell incorporates an acoustical spray booth, ventilation system, an ABB IRB-4400 Robot, standard and extension plasma torches, and Progressive Surface's CITS closed loop plasma spray control system. The system includes dual load doors with multi-axis spindles, and an acoustical sound box for "parking" the plasma torch. With these features, the plasma gun need not shut off between part cycles, allowing for very efficient part loading and operation for a batch of parts.
