Details
Provides the electronics necessary to power and control PST’s range of zirconia (ZrO2) sensors
Built in pressure sensor for barometric pressure compensation
Interface mounted screw terminals for easy wiring with reverse voltage and transient overvoltage
The OXY-LC Oxygen Sensor Interface Electronics is designed to supply power and manage the operation of SST’s range of zirconia (ZrO₂) oxygen sensors. It supports multiple user-configurable output options, including RS485, PWM, 0–10 VDC, and 4–20 mA. Among these, the RS485 Modbus RTU protocol provides significant advantages, most notably full control over sensor operation and access to comprehensive data such as sensor diagnostics, barometric pressure, and internal pressure sensor temperature. The interface features adaptive software filtering, which enables fast response times while maintaining a stable oxygen output. Additionally, it delivers a highly accurate, linear output signal across all supported zirconia oxygen sensors. An integrated pressure sensor enables barometric pressure compensation, and interface-mounted screw terminals facilitate straightforward wiring. Built-in protection includes reverse voltage and transient overvoltage safeguards.
