Our gate valves are engineered to be corrosion resistant, withstand high pressures, and resist erosion and abrasive wear in even the most hostile environments. Because they’re constantly subjected to various combinations of hydrogen sulfide, hydrochloric acid, carbon dioxide, salt water and sand, each of our valves is manufactured with a hard surface coating designed to resist wear while providing maximum ease of operation. We use our exclusive detonation gun (D-Gun) and high-velocity oxy fuel (HVOF) processes to apply high-performing tungsten carbide coatings to our gate valves. Then, we finish them to provide the required sealing surface and proper friction coefficient. Our valves are proven to perform well in any temperature range they will encounter while in operation, so you can stay open for business. Currently, our turnkey gate valves are available through our plant in Pinhais, Brazil.
