The BLx60-40 is a brushless DC motor with a 60 mm frame and 40 mm stack length, designed for applications requiring continuous torque of 0.35 Nm and intermittent torque up to 0.60 Nm. It operates at a nominal speed of 3000 rpm and is available with a 40 V nominal voltage, delivering 110 W of nominal power. The motor has a maximum efficiency of 84%, a rotor inertia of 2.4 × 10⁻⁵ kg/cm², and weighs 1.15 kg. It features an IP54 enclosure, Class F insulation, a delta winding, and four poles. Radial load capability is 150 N at 15 mm from the flange, with radial and axial end play of 0.025 mm under 450 g load.
