The BLx60-40 is a brushless DC motor with a 60 mm frame and 40 mm stack length, designed for continuous operation with nominal torque of 0.35 Nm and intermittent torque up to 0.60 Nm. It operates at 12 V DC, with a nominal speed of 3000 rpm and nominal power of 110 W. The motor has a maximum efficiency of 84%, a rotor inertia of 2.4 × 10⁻⁵ kg/cm², and weighs 1.15 kg. It features an IP54 enclosure, Class F insulation, a Delta winding, and 4 poles. Radial load capability is 150 N at 15 mm from the flange, with radial and axial end play of 0.025 mm at 450 g. Hall effect sensors are configured for 120° electrical angle.
