The EPM50-63 is a permanent magnet DC motor with a 73 mm frame and 63 mm stack length, designed for applications requiring consistent torque and speed control. It operates at nominal voltages of 12V, 24V, 40V, or 48V, with a fixed nominal speed of 3000 rpm and a nominal continuous torque of 0.48 Nm. The motor has a 48V variant with a terminal resistance of 1.86 Ω and a stall current of 26 A. It meets EN60034-1:2010 performance tolerances, has an IP44 rating, Class F insulation, and is reversible. When paired with the GB12 gearbox, it achieves a nominal continuous output torque of up to 18.0 Nm (S1) and maximum intermittent torque of 29.0 Nm (S3). The motor weighs 2.15 kg and has a rotor inertia of 2.48 × 10⁻⁴ kg·cm². The GB12 gearbox adds 110 mm to the overall length.
