The traffic noise meter is supplied with the sounder PCE-430 and a waterproof accessory kit, which allows outdoor use for road noise measurement. The road noise and traffic noise meter is a Class 1 sound level meter with built-in octave band filter. This filter can optionally be upgraded with a 1/3 octave band filter to analyze the intensity of the sound pressure in the frequencies between 6.3 Hz and 20 kHz. The measuring range of the road noise measuring device is 22 ... 136 dbA. The traffic noise meter can measure the sound level in the rating patterns A, B, C and Z.
