The scale includes a hook / shackle, remote control and ISO calibration certificate. The robust aluminum housing of this dynamometer allows weighing in even the harshest indoor industrial environments. The dynamometer is operated with three commercially available 1.5 V AA batteries, allowing for a continuous operating time of approx. 65 hours. The display of the dynamometer is a backlit LCD screen featuring large, easy-to-read digits. The timing of the backlight of the dynamometer 's display can be adjusted to extend the operating time. Other functions of the dynamometer are: gross / net weighing, sum function, data hold function, zero function, power-saving automatic shutdown and the possibility to display a measuring unit that is freely adjustable by the user. This means that the user can store a conversion factor in the dynamometer , so that the weighed product is not in kg or lbs, but in another measurement such as meters (e.g., 1 kg = 1.25 m). In addition, the dynamometer features a linear calibration to ensure high accuracy.
