THE PROTECTION OF HARDSHELL FANLESS The ML600G-52 has been engineered using our Hardshell™ Fanless Technology, which utilizes an all metal, fanless and ventless enclosure designed for the rigors of industrial environments. Internal components are protected from dust, airborne contaminants and even chemical and moisture ingress, as well as shock and vibration, all of which can have devastating effects on sensitive electronics. The strikingly unique finned enclosure provides efficient and effective cooling of internal components without the need for failure prone fans or venting. CONNECTED AND PROTECTED Today's Industry 4.0 applications demand a wide array of connectivity to both modern and legacy equipment. In addition to 4 USB 3.0, the ML600G-52 also offers 3 HDMI ports for triple independent display, 3 COM, dual Gb LAN and even VGA, ideal for interfacing with existing tooling, devices or machinery. For storage intensive applications, the ML600G-52 provides dual hot swap bays. Should a hard drive fail or need to be changed out, the system doesn't need to be powered down, preventing downtime and increasing overall operational efficiency. CELLULAR CONNECTIVITY This system can be configured with an integrated cellular modem, pre-certified to operate on many of the world’s most popular cellular carrier networks using a SIM card. Our 4G capable hardware is ideal for today's mobile, edge computing, and Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) applications. The wireless connectivity has been tested to operate reliably in challenging Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) environments (EN 300 328, EN 301 908-2, EN 301 489-17, EN 301 489-52). Many of our systems also include co-location options allowing you to implement Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, in addition to cellular connectivity, at the same time.
