The G2RL series is a family of PCB-mounted power relays with a low-profile height of 15.7 mm, designed for compact equipment. Available in single- and double-pole configurations, the G2RL-1 model features SPDT contacts with a rated load of 12 A at 250 VAC and 10 A at 250 VDC, and a maximum switching current of 12 A. The relay uses Ag-alloy (Cd-free) contacts and operates with coil voltages including 24 VDC. It meets IEC/EN 60335-1 for home appliance applications and has a clearance and creepage distance of 8 mm min. The operating temperature range is -40°C to 85°C, with an insulation resistance of at least 1,000 MΩ and dielectric strength of 5,000 VAC between coil and contacts. The relay weighs approximately 12 g and is RoHS compliant.
