The AMM series is a 1.00mm pitch connector system designed for compact, high-reliability interconnects in aerospace, defense, and industrial applications. It is available in 6, 10, 20, 34, or 50 contacts arranged in two rows with SMT or through-hole mounting options. The housing is made of LCP composite with a glass fiber reinforcement, rated for operating temperatures from -65°C to +200°C. Contacts are copper alloy with gold plating 0.15 to 0.4 µm thick, supporting up to 1000 mating cycles and contact resistance under 10 mΩ. Current ratings are up to 4.8 A at 25°C for PCB-to-cable (20-pin) and up to 2.5 A for PCB-to-PCB (20-pin). The connector withstands 15G vibration and 100G shock, with a dielectric withstand voltage of 600 V RMS at sea level. Integrated guidance pins enable stacking, and tape and reel packaging is standard. Mounting dimensions and overall lengths vary by pin count.
