NPN/NPN general-purpose double transistor in a very small SOT363 (SC-88) surface-mounted plastic package measuring 2.1 mm x 1.25 mm x 0.95 mm. Each transistor has a collector-emitter voltage rating of 65 V and a collector current rating of 100 mA, with a maximum junction temperature of 175 °C. The device is qualified to AEC-Q101 and suitable for automotive applications. It features low collector capacitance, low collector-emitter saturation voltage, closely matched current gain, and no mutual interference between transistors. Used for general-purpose switching and amplification.
