NPN general-purpose transistor for switching and amplification, available in SOT323 package with a 4 mm pitch, 8 mm tape and reel packaging for surface mounting. It has a maximum collector-emitter voltage of 45 V, a continuous collector current of 500 mA, a peak collector current of 1 A, and a total power dissipation of 200 mW. The device features a DC current gain (hFE) range of 160 to 400 at IC = 100 mA and VCE = 1 V, a collector-emitter saturation voltage of up to 700 mV at IC = 500 mA and IB = 50 mA, and a base-emitter voltage of up to 1.2 V at IC = 500 mA. The junction temperature rating is 150 °C and the storage temperature range is -65 °C to +150 °C. It meets the absolute maximum ratings defined by IEC 60134.
