The OD8-DCL596-D Dichroic Beamsplitter is specified to reflect the excitation and transmit the emission of mCherry / TexasRed and supports similar alternative fluorophores, designed in conjunction with OD8-EX565-59-B and OD8-EM629-52-B . The filter is manufactured to provide maximum signal and sensitivity delivering exceptionally high excitation passband reflection ≥ 98% avg and emission passband transmission ≥ 96% avg for a 596 nm 50% Cut-on edge wavelength.
