Newport MKS Laser Pulse Board, LDP-3840 Driver LPB-380

Description
The LPB-380 is a laser pulse board designed to work with the LDP-3840B Pulsed Laser Diode Driver and is connected via the CC380 Pulsed Drive to Pulse Board Cable. To achieve the rated performance of the LDP-3840B, the CC380 and LPB380 must be used with it. The LPB-380 has solder pads available to perform impedance matching. Please reference TN#3840-2 Tuning the LDP-3840B for Optimum Pulse Response for details. To connect the laser diode to the laser pulse board, the device must either be: soldered to the anode and cathode pads at the end of the laser pulse board, placed in an interchangeable socket which is soldered to the anode and cathode pads if different laser diodes are frequent used, or the process as described in TN#3840B-1 Using the LDM-4984 with the LDP-3840B Pulsed Current Source should be followed.
