Newport MKS Fiber Coupler, Multimode, Bare Fiber Positioner F-915T

The F-915T Multimode Fiber Coupler Sub-Assembly is the top half of Newport’s F-915 Single-Mode Fiber Coupler and is useful for multimode bare fiber coupling. It has high-resolution 100 TPI adjustment screws for smooth XY adjustment. Axial Z motion is accomplished without rotation of the fiber by a knurled knob with a precision 80 TPI thread. This sub-assembly can be used for single-mode fiber coupling when mounted on the F-91TS Tilt Stage, forming an assembly identical to our F-915 Single-Mode Fiber Couplers. Since the tilt stage is common to all three couplers in this family, it is easy to convert from one type of coupler to another by swapping the bracket/fiber positioner assembly.
