Newport MKS Fiber-Optic Receiver, DC Coupled, 500-1630 nm, 12 GHz, FC Singlemode 1544-B

Description
The 1544-B DC-Coupled NIR Fiber-Optic Receiver is ideal for applications that require high sensitivity, high speed, and clean responses. It offers clean responses and 32-ps rise times making it well-suited for time-domain characterization of 10-Gbit/s components. Its high gain and well-behaved frequency response also make it useful for frequency-domain measurements. For higher responsivity from 500-1630 nm, this photoreceiver has a singlemode fiber input and consists of our new, improved InGaAs PIN photodiodes followed by a GaAs HBT amplifier. An external power supply, which must be purchased separately, is required – we recommend our 0901
