National Wire & Cable Corporation Standard Cords, Polyurethane Jacket-Spiral Tinned Copper Shield

All of the standard coil cords in this section meet the requirements of UL STYLE 20197. Conductors are stranded tinned copper insulated with a nominal .010" wall of polypropylene. Conductors are color-coded in accordance with MIL-STD-681. Jacket material consists of a nominal .045" or .055" wall of black, flame-retardant polyurethane. Standard cord exits are 6" and parallel to the coil cord axis. Coil life (with 400% extension) is 5000 to 10000 cycles. Also available on special order with spiral tinned copper shield or foil shield with drain wire.
