NKK Switches Process Sealed Subminiature Antistatic Toggle B12EH

The B12EH is a subminiature, sealed antistatic toggle switch designed for low-voltage logic-level applications. It features a .248" (6.3mm) flatted toggle actuator, straight PCB terminals, and a 6mm diameter threaded bushing for panel seal mounting that meets IP65 (IEC 60529) specifications. The switch has a nonshunting contact timing, 26° angle of throw, and operates within a temperature range of −30°C to +85°C. Its contact resistance is 50 milliohms maximum, insulation resistance is 500 megohms minimum, and dielectric strength is 500V AC for one minute. The actuator requires 1.84N of force for maintained operation. The body is totally sealed with epoxy-sealed terminals, and the STC contact mechanism ensures stable logic-level performance. The carbon-impregnated bushing and support bracket provide antistatic protection. Mechanical life is 50,000 operations minimum, and electrical life is 50,000 operations minimum. The switch is rated for 0.4VA maximum at 28V AC/DC under logic-level conditions.
