NKK Switches Process Sealed Subminiature Pushbutton AB25AV-HB

The AB25AV-HB is a double-pole, vertical-mount, pushbutton switch with an inline bracket, designed for low-voltage, logic-level applications. It features a sealed construction with a polyacetal plunger, glass fiber reinforced polyamide housing, and gold-plated phosphor bronze contacts. The switch has a nominal operating force of 2.55N, a travel of 1.1mm total, and a terminal spacing of 2.54mm x 2.54mm to conform to standard PCB grid patterns. It supports wave or manual soldering and operates within a temperature range of -30°C to +85°C. The contact ratings are 0.4VA maximum at 28V AC/DC, with a contact resistance of 50 milliohms maximum and an insulation resistance of 500 megohms minimum. Electrical and mechanical life is rated at 50,000 operations minimum. The switch includes a non-shorting, break-before-make contact timing and is not UL or CSA certified.
