NKK Switches Process Sealed Subminiature Pushbutton AB15CV

The AB15CV is a single-pole, double-throw, vertical PCB-mount pushbutton from the AB Series, designed for low-voltage, low-current logic-level applications. It features a totally sealed body to prevent contamination and supports automated soldering and cleaning. The switch has a nominal operating force of 2.55N, nonshorting contact timing, and a travel of 0.7mm pretravel and 0.4mm overtravel. Terminals are spaced at 2.54mm x 2.54mm to match standard PCB grids. Electrical ratings include a maximum 0.4VA resistive load at 28V AC/DC, 50 milliohms contact resistance, and 500 megohms insulation resistance. The operating temperature range is -30°C to +85°C, with a mechanical and electrical life of 50,000 operations. The plunger is polyacetal, the case is glass fiber reinforced polyamide, and contacts are gold-plated phosphor bronze and brass. The switch is not UL or CSA certified.
