NKK Switches Process Sealed Subminiature Pushbutton AB15AV-HB

The AB15AV-HB is a subminiature, sealed, single-pole double-throw pushbutton switch designed for logic-level applications. It features a vertical PCB mount with an inline bracket and a .213-inch (5.4mm) long black plunger cap. The switch has a .100" x .100" (2.54mm x 2.54mm) terminal spacing, conforms to standard PCB grid spacing, and is rated for 0.4VA maximum at 28V AC/DC. Contact resistance is 50 milliohms maximum, insulation resistance is 500 megohms minimum at 500V DC, and dielectric strength is 500V AC for one minute. Mechanical and electrical life are each 50,000 operations minimum. Nominal operating force is 2.55N, with nonshorting contact timing and total travel of 1.1mm. The case is made of glass fiber reinforced polyamide, with phosphor bronze contacts gold-plated. Operating temperature ranges from -30°C to +85°C. The unit is sealed for contamination resistance and suitable for automated soldering and cleaning.
